Silvia Gaviria
Silvia Gaviria has an in depth knowledge of New York City having lived here most of her life. She has also lived in Colombia, South America and Florida, giving her invaluable exposure to individuals from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds. Silvia works tirelessly to satisfy her clients and personally oversees every aspect of the sales and rental process to make sure that each client receives the highest level of professional attention. With her substantial knowledge of real estate, she explains each part of the sale or rental transaction process to her clients. Silvia has represented landlords, investors, first time home buyers, home sellers and renters of all kinds in residential real estate transactions. Prior to entering the field of real estate, Silvia worked for many years as an attorney at top New York City law firms. She has a bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and obtained her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Silvia is also fluent in Spanish. She is known for her reliability, persistence and professionalism.
